Diagnosis of Inflamation

  • Testing Blood to check blood count and presence of bacteria or inflammatory conditions
  • Swab – taking a sample of the culture in the cervic to check for bacteria or disease
  • Discharge test – discharge taken to a microscope to check for inflamation
  • Biopsy – small sample of the lining is taken
  • Laparoscopy or hysteroscopy to look into the uterus
